For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the language of the body—its whispers, its wisdom, and the stories it holds beneath the surface. My journey wasn’t a straight path; it was a winding road of self-discovery, healing, and deep transformation.
I wasn’t always as connected to my body as I am now. Like many women, I spent years feeling disconnected, caught in the push and pull of expectations, responsibilities, and the weight of unprocessed emotions. I was moving through life, but something was missing. The deeper I searched, the more I realised the truth: my body had been speaking to me all along, but I had forgotten how to listen.
This realisation led me to somatics, yoga, embodiment, and body psychology—not as external practices, but as a way of returning home to myself. I immersed myself in studying the nervous system, trauma release, fascia, and the intricate connection between body and mind. I trained, practiced, experimented, and most importantly, experienced firsthand the power of reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence.
Through my Embodied Yin Teacher Training, mentorships, and workshops, I don’t just teach movement—I hold space for deep transformation. I blend somatic intelligence with the ancient wisdom of yoga, the science of trauma healing, and the art of intuitive embodiment. My work is about more than just learning techniques; it’s about awakening something ancient and powerful within.
This isn’t just a profession for me—it’s a calling. And if my journey has taught me anything, it’s that the body is always waiting for us to come home.
